What we do
Gigaton Network, LLC facilitates builds. A build might be a person, a technology, a company, an organization, or a lasting improvement to quality of life or the environment — and it is usually several of those at once. Whatever form it takes, the purpose is the same: developing communities.
We bring together the people, tools and coordination a build needs, and run them through GigNet, our operations platform, so that work which would otherwise stall gets sequenced, resourced and finished.
What we build
- People — the skills, roles and livelihoods a community needs in order to sustain itself.
- Technology — the systems a community runs on, owned by the people who depend on them.
- Quality of life and environment — outcomes that make a place measurably better to live in.
- Companies — new ventures, and the ones already trading that deserve to keep going.

Who it is for
Builders of every kind — independent providers, property owners and managers, founders, community organizations, and the teams that support them — first in Playa del Carmen and the wider Riviera Maya in Quintana Roo, Mexico, and opening to builders elsewhere as it grows.
